A little more clarity
before we talk.
About the product, the workflow, privacy and what a pilot involves.
What is Anaelle?
Anaelle is an AI inbox assistant for primary care. It helps identify document type and source, suggest a review priority, summarize correspondence in SBAR and bring requested follow-up, coding tasks and responsibility into view.
Who is Anaelle built for?
Family physicians and their MOA teams in Canadian primary care, whether you work with a full team or manage your inbox alone. Primary care and healthcare organizations, and whole-clinic pilots, are welcome too.
What types of inbox items can Anaelle help with?
Laboratory results, imaging reports, consult letters, discharge summaries, screening documents, and faxed or scanned PDFs.
Is Anaelle a replacement for a physician?
No. Anaelle is a clinical workflow assistant. It helps sort and summarize inbox items and suggests a next step for each item. You see every item; urgent, uncertain or unusual ones are flagged first, and clinical decisions remain yours. Anaelle does not autonomously diagnose or give patient-facing advice.
Will Anaelle file or close items automatically?
No. Every item remains in the inbox for your review. You decide what happens after reviewing the document and any suggestion.
What happens when a document is unclear?
Unclear responsibility, extraction quality or safety is flagged for manual review. If the identifier check cannot establish that text is ready to send, the item is held before an AI call.
See the Grey categoryHow does it fit our existing inbox?
Anaelle is built around existing clinic inbox workflows. Integration with your clinic’s inbox system is arranged with you and your vendor as part of the pilot, and compatibility needs to be confirmed for your clinic.
Can urgent items support our on-call coverage?
Optional after-hours text alerts for urgent items can reach whoever is on call, so they fit the clinic’s existing coverage arrangements. Alerts never contain patient information. Responsibilities and escalation are agreed with the clinic.
Is Anaelle available now?
Anaelle is in early pilot exploration with family physicians. Pilots begin with a verification stage on synthetic data. Live shadow testing follows once privacy review, clinic agreements and vendor terms are complete.
Can I upload patient documents through this website?
No, never. This website does not accept clinical documents or patient information of any kind. Please do not include patient details in the enquiry form. Anaelle processes documents only inside a clinic’s own environment under a pilot agreement.
What happens to patient data?
Confidential patient information stays inside your clinic. Patient identifiers are removed on a computer in your practice before any AI processing, and the de-identified text is never used to train AI models.
Read our privacy policyHow long does a pilot take?
Verification typically takes a day, followed by several weeks of shadow testing. The criteria for moving forward are agreed together before anything begins. Going live is your decision, and you can step back to shadow mode at any time.
How can I ask about or delete my enquiry information?
Email privacy@anaellehealth.com to request a correction or deletion. Enquiry details are deleted within 12 months of our last exchange unless a pilot agreement is in place.
